Hollie Couron

As a young lady, Hollie began as an art major in college but changed vocations to another creative field, cosmetology.  Decades of self-employment eventually gave her freedom and she was published after illustrating and writing a poetic short story for her granddaughter. An illustrated novella for MG followed, and then a novel for YA.

Semi-retirement re-kindled the inspiration and love of art, taking classes and becoming an AAIE  (Associated Artist of the Inland Empire) Board Member and PVAA (Pomona Valley Art Association) Gallery Artist. Hollie’s multi-award winning creativity has been represented at the PVAA GALLERY SOHO in Montclair, and CCMA’s (Chaffey Community Museum of Art) Ontario Airport Art display, as well as local events and art shows.

Life continues to unfold as she stays active in art associations, and exploring her art using oils, pastels and color pencils.

Most importantly, she has deep appreciation of all the blessings of a wonderful family and full life.
